We are seeking dependable technicians to be members of our team. Duties include triage and stabilization of incoming emergencies, ICU nursing care of hospitalized pets, running diagnostics (in-house labs, X-rays), taking phone calls (our mainstay of client communication these days!), and hospital facility upkeep. You’ll work as a team with several other highly skilled technicians who can show you the ropes in a fun and often fast-paced environment.
A minimum of three years of veterinary experience
AHDS/HGE is your jam
Focus, self-direction, and skill at multitasking
High level of animal compassion
Ability to work fluidly with colleagues
Excellent communication skills
Pride in helping provide high quality, compassionate care
Desire to be part of our Zombie Apocalypse Team
Interest in utilizing current training and skills as well as expanding your skillset
The majority of the open shifts will be weekend daytime shifts with occasional overnight and weekday primetime shifts available. Compensation is competitive within the field and is dependent on experience. We are currently experiencing a very high influx of cases needing emergency and critical care attention. Please note that the highest priority cases will be seen first. Patients that are more stable may wait several hours before being seen. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
